For shops
How your shop shows up on look&find, how to work with us, and what to do when something about your shop is wrong.
How shops appear
A shop can show up in three places:
- Web results. Your pages appear when our web search provider finds them for a search, in its order. Nobody can buy a place in this list.
- The product shelf. For shopping searches, a data provider brings us products and prices as Google Shopping lists them. If your products are listed there, they can appear here, with every shop’s price on one line, cheapest first.
- Suggestions. When someone starts typing a shop’s name, the search box suggests it. Shops we work with can come first, always marked Ad.
Links to shops pass through a short redirect on our domain. Where we work with you through an affiliate programme, it adds the tracking that credits the sale to us.
Working with us
Run an affiliate programme? We’d be glad to link to you with tracking. You pay a commission only on the sales we bring, on your programme’s usual terms.
Tell us your shop’s domain, the countries you sell to, and the affiliate network or programme you use. We’ll get back to you.

A partnership never buys a better place in the web results or on the product shelf.
Something wrong?
A wrong price, a wrong shop name, a link that goes to the wrong page, or a product that isn’t yours? Write to us with:
- the search you made: the words and the country,
- what you saw, and what is right,
- a link to the right page on your site.
Prices and stock change all the time, and the shop’s own page always has the last word. We fix what we can on our side and tell you when the fix belongs in your own product listing.
Web results come from our web search provider. To change how a page of yours looks there, change the page itself (its title and description); to keep it out, use your robots.txt or a noindex tag.
